4 Cheese Warm Spinach Dip

"This is my version of warm spinach dip, It is always a hit at parties, I am always asked for the recipie, so here it is. I hope you like it"

• Serves: 8-12

ingredients

• 1 (10 ounce) package chopped spinach, drained
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon brown mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 3 dashes hot sauce
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 round sourdough bread

directions

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a microwavable bowl, microwave until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Put into a hollowed out sour dough bowl.
