  • Boil the broken lasagna noodles until al dente.
  • In a Dutch oven, brown beef until no longer pink.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in diced tomatoes and their juice and simmer for 2 min.
  • Add beef broth, marinara sauce , Italian seasoning and cooked pasta.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 5 min before serving, swirl in ricotta cheese.
  • Sprinkle top with shredded cheese and put lid on pot until cheese melts.
  • Serve hot.
