This didn't work out so well for me. I made a bigger batch enough for 8....maybe I should have scaled back a bit? The flavors weren't there for me, and the egg didn't seem to cook well in the pasta once stirred in. The DH ate it but said it wasn't his favorite. Maybe I will try again and just cook 1 serving a time. Made for Potluck Tag.

Well this is quick and easy and quite tasty if you get it right! Made this for DD and DS as a quick meal, I needed time off to relax so something quick and easy was called for!!!!! I did makea few changes's to this...... I used onion instead of spring onion and no mushrooms but used capsicum and diced tomatoes instead...these were the only changes ........... WELL so I thought! After serving I asked DD and DS what they thought of it .....they thought it needed something more!!!!!!!!!!!! They both thought of it at the same moment! ....It needs eggs! "But it's got egg" I said! Ummmm Ooops.......Well it was meant too.....One relaxing wine too many! lol Making this again Pat, they both liked it but would love to try it with egg! But even without egg, it was enjoyed by the 2 of them....but egg is on the list of ingredients for next time!

With the demise of the forums and with no more interaction on site with what was a great community and it was a pleasure to get to know so many of you over the years and to have had the privilege of meeting some of you in person. For me now this is just another recipe site like to many on the net, it has lost its specialness, such a pity especially when Scripps changed the name from Recipezaar to Food.com and made this statement sorry cannot replicate here as considered invalid but they basically said yes the community was valuable hence .com was short for community but it was a pack of lies as they were not willing to put the money into that community and got rid of the forums which was the community so for .com has become .crap.
