These were apparently popular in Memphis schools in the 1950s. And I don't know if Elvis ate them all...
- 3175.14 g vegan margarine
- 2129.31 ml unrefined sugar
- 59.14 ml vanilla extract, plus
- 12.32 ml vanilla extract
- 3628.73 g all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cream the margarine and sugar well.
- Add the vanilla and flour.
- Mix well.
- Drop with a number 40 scoop on baking sheets and flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
