  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease ovenproof dish with 1 tablespoons of the olive oil.
  3. Lay the salmon skin side down on the ovenproof dish.
  4. Mix the remaining tablespoons of the olive oil with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Spread the mix over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 mins.
