ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs sweet potatoes, boiled or 1 1/2 lbs canned sweet potatoes
- 3 -4 stalks celery, diced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 -4 scallions, chopped fine
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Durkee's sauce, Sandwich and Salad
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
directions
- Mash sweet potatoes.
- Add other ingredients.
- Season to taste with salt.
- Chill.
