    • 1/2 lb spinach, well washed, cut into 2 ' lengths
    • 4 cups water
    • 1/2 teaspoon msg
    • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Boil water. Add salt, sesame oil, msg and spinach. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
