Another great soup recipe from Diana Liu's cookbook that my Dad gave me 42 years ago. We just love this light and tasty soup.
- 1⁄2 lb spinach, well washed, cut into 2 ' lengths
- 4 cups water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon msg
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- Boil water. Add salt, sesame oil, msg and spinach. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
Loved this! Since I love spinach, I wanted to try this easy recipe. It takes no time and is low fat! Low calorie! Made for football pool 2011.
