Another great soup recipe from Diana Liu's cookbook that my Dad gave me 42 years ago. We just love this light and tasty soup.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 lb spinach, well washed, cut into 2 ' lengths
  • 4 cups water
  • 12 teaspoon msg
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt

Directions

  1. Boil water. Add salt, sesame oil, msg and spinach. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
