I've always loved blueberries with cottage cheese, but adding avocado into the mix takes it to a whole new level! It's a yummy combination and makes a quick and easy breakfast or snack. Thanx for sharing this. I'll be having this often.
I wondered what this was going to taste like as I have never had in combination blueberries and avocado's. It still had an unusual taste, but actually quite good. I went real sparingly on the avocado part as I know they're good for you, but oh so fattening. Glad I tagged this for May's AU recipeswap 08'!
Sweet and satisfying! I enjoyed this much more than I thought I would! I'm used to fat free cottage cheese so used it in this recipe, to reduce down to zero "bad" saturated fat.
