      Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, yogurt, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a blender; cover.

      My sister is a smoothie addict so I made this one because she said she had never tried a pumpkin smoothie. We both thought it was quite nice. I chilled the pumpkin and evaporated milk in addition to the yogurt. The texture was thick and creamy and had good flavor. Thanks for something different.

      I love pumpkin so I thought I'd try this. Had to add quite a bit more evaporated milk, and it was still quite thick. Unfortunately, I didn't really care for it. I'm not sure why -- it just didn't seem right. I drank it, but I wouldn't make it again.

      My little one is dairy intolerant, but she liked this 'milkshake' with vanilla soy milk and soy yogurt.
