A homemade pizza recipe perfect for your World Cup viewing parties!

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets with olive oil.
  3. Cut half of tomatoes in half.
  4. Chop half of the mint leaves.
  5. Mix in 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
  6. Cut the pizza dough in 4 portions.
  7. Roll each portion in round pattern in a lightly floured surface.
  8. Transfer to baking sheets.
  9. Top the pizza base with thin layer of tomato sauce.
  10. Add cheese slices, sliced and whole tomatoes and chopped mint.
  11. Bake it in 2 batches for 12-16 minutes or until the crust is golden in colour.
  12. Drizzle with olive oil.
  13. Finally, garnish it with remaining mint leaves and ground pepper.
