A pretty pink cocktail that tastes so good, even the guys will like it. Great for a summer BBQ or a bacholorette party. Be sure to shake it very well in order to create a frothy appearance.
- 85.04 g coconut rum
- 28.34 g watermelon rum
- 14.79 ml coconut cream
- 236.59 ml pineapple juice
- 29.58 ml maraschino cherry juice (from jar of cherries)
- maraschino cherry
- pineapple slice
- Fill cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add first 5 ingredients to shaker. Shake very well. Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple slice.
Tasty, pretty, terrific! I used watermelon Pucker and loved the fresh tart taste it added. This made a *large* drink and so good - thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for Spring PAC 2009
