This is a great snack and super easy to make. You just have to make sure that you already have the fruit frozen in the freezer before you start. The frozen fruit is what makes it, that way you don't have to use ice cubes, which waters the smoothie down. The frozen fruit is totally your preference, but the pineapple juice and vanilla yogurt is a must. Enjoy!!!

We had these for breakfast to go with our bagels and sausage :) Very nice ~ I used greek yogurt and frozen strawberries, fresh banana and pineapple juice. DD especially liked this smoothy. Thanks for posting! Made for Spring PAC 2010!
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 6 ounces french low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup frozen banana (your choice)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (your choice)
