Garnish these with a pineapple chunk.
- 1⁄4 cup cream of coconut
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 ounces rum (light or dark)
- 4 ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in blender container.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
Yum!! This was so good. I used dark rum and followed everything to the T. It was just awesome.
