  1. These are WONDERFUL RICH FUDGY CHEWY brownies with a hint of peppermint. They are thin but I liked that. They were extremely easy to make. They baked for 20 minutes in my glass baking dish. These were great served warm with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge sauce. YUM! Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

  2. These are very thin brownies (1/2 inch) with great chocolate mint flavor. I prefer a thicker brownie but am rating higher because of the taste.

  3. Holy Cow, can someone please pick me up off the floor?! These are too good! I ate WAY too many and have O.D.'d!!!! I'm sure they would also be excellent without the peppermint if you wanted to go in that direction. I used this expensive chocolate I bought at the Chef Supply store for $10.00 a bar. Right ON Kel Bel!
