- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan and slowly add sugar stirring constantly until blended.
- Add beaten eggs and stir in peppermint extract.
- Remove from heat and add flour and salt.
- Pour into a greased and floured 9x9 square cake pan and cook at 350 degrees for 25- 30 minutes.

Holy Cow, can someone please pick me up off the floor?! These are too good! I ate WAY too many and have O.D.'d!!!! I'm sure they would also be excellent without the peppermint if you wanted to go in that direction. I used this expensive chocolate I bought at the Chef Supply store for $10.00 a bar. Right ON Kel Bel!
