This recipe comes from a Trinidadian Cookbook. Delicious and different.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until thick and frothy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Tastes just as good as it did in Trinidad. We used half the sugar, and it was perfect
This is a wonderful summer treat and it hit the right spot! Besides that, it kept me full for several hours and I enjoyed my day alot with just this and a chocolate chip Quaker bar in my stomach(and I was on the run all day). Thanks alot for sharing this!
