great on celery or carrots Overnight refrigeration time not included in preparation time.
- 2⁄3 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons chili sauce
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
- Serve with celery and carrots or whatever suits your fancy.
I got this recipe years ago from a friend. It is awesome. Don't let the strange combination of ingredients throw you off. Everytime I make it, it gets devoured. I serve it with tortilla chips or crackers.

Had this at a very large gathering with lots and lots of appetizers and this little guy was pretty much overlooked - but the people who did try it seemed to really like it and they all came up to me and asked me what the recipe was. It is very tasty - and unexpected. But I think I'll try serving it at a party where it's not in "competition" with lots of other things.
