These are a quick, healthy snack for little kids, and their parents. Not for kids under 2 years. Good when hiking in a cool climate, and you need a good energy source. Vegetarian.

these are Christmas if you roll them in coconut and freeze them they make a pretty addition to a cookie plate. This has been a favourite since I was a child.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 34 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 12 cup natural-style peanut butter (Trader Joes)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 12 cup crispy rice cereal


  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Roll into bite size balls.
  3. Place on cookie sheet with wax paper.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
