  • 34 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 12 cup natural-style peanut butter (Trader Joes)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 12 cup crispy rice cereal

directions

  • Mix everything together.
  • Roll into bite size balls.
  • Place on cookie sheet with wax paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  1. these are fabulous...at Christmas if you roll them in coconut and freeze them they make a pretty addition to a cookie plate. This has been a favourite since I was a child.
     
  2. I made these as a treat for my kids (teens) I was a little worried because of the dry milk.... I tried them before I gave them some.... they are VERY GOOD! I was thinking of trying to put some candy coating on them, not that they need it they have great taste... thanks for sharing this...
     
  3. Wonderful alternative to the recipies I usually find without refined sugar. I loved using fresh raw honey, Organic Rice Crispies and natural peanut butter. Everyone loved them. My serving sizes were too big though. I used a cookie ball measurer...so one was truly enough. lol. Thank you for the great recipe!
