These are a quick, healthy snack for little kids, and their parents. Not for kids under 2 years. Good when hiking in a cool climate, and you need a good energy source. Vegetarian.
- 3⁄4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1⁄2 cup natural-style peanut butter (Trader Joes)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄2 cup crispy rice cereal
- Mix everything together.
- Roll into bite size balls.
- Place on cookie sheet with wax paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
