  1. Combine all ingredients in an 8 inch square baking dish.
  2. Bake at 200 for 15 minutes,stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  4. Place mixture in small grinder or blender and process until sugar is fine.
  5. Store in airtight container.
