Omg Meatloaf

"The title says it all. Some in my family don't care for chunks of onion in meatloaf, so the use of onion powder and dicing the green peppers small take care of that. The mix of sausage with the ground beef is crucial, and the Worcestershire is the killer ingredient."

  • Beat eggs.
  • Add 1 1/2 cans tomatoes (reserve 1/2 can for top of loaves).
  • Add Worcestershire, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  • Mix above with meats, oatmeal, and bread crumbs.
  • Mix in green pepper.
  • Shape into two loaves.
  • Place in loaf pans sprayed with Pam.
  • Arrange the rest of canned tomatoes on top of loaves.
  • Bake at 350 for about 1 hr and 15 minutes.

  1. Mamma mia, you are right. The Worcestershire adds a tasty flavor, and my children preferred not having onions. (I liked not having to chop onions). This will become my favored meat loaf recipe! I cannot wait to see what else you publish!!
