Delicious but they didn't hold their shape. Next time I would cut into 'coins' for better control over cooking. They looked more mushy than glazed but were delicious! Made for Traveling through Tunisia in the NA/ME Forum 10/2013.

  1. boil parsnips in water 8 minutes.
  2. drain.
  3. in skillet add oil onions.
  4. add garlic.
  5. add spices dont burn add stock.
  6. add honey.
  7. add parsnips.
  8. cook for 10 minutes more until glazed.
