I don't know how they will figure this out, but I am going to give it a try. Mom was diabetic and came up with this. You can make it large or small. Amounts are up to you. Large family, go for it. Live alone, make it little.

Directions

  1. Start with graham crackers and layer of applesauce.
  2. Make as many layers as you like.
  3. End with graham crackers.
  4. Refrigerate over night.
  5. Enjoy.
  6. Let the kids make this for you, and let them shine!

Wowie Zowie your mom's a genius! I put this together in the morning and we had an awesome after-school snack in the afternoon. I used unsweetened applesauce with a sprinkle of cinnamon between layers. The taste is fantastic. I highly recommend this unusual combination of ingredients - it's great!
