I don't know how they will figure this out, but I am going to give it a try. Mom was diabetic and came up with this. You can make it large or small. Amounts are up to you. Large family, go for it. Live alone, make it little.
- Start with graham crackers and layer of applesauce.
- Make as many layers as you like.
- End with graham crackers.
- Refrigerate over night.
- Let the kids make this for you, and let them shine!
Wowie Zowie your mom's a genius! I put this together in the morning and we had an awesome after-school snack in the afternoon. I used unsweetened applesauce with a sprinkle of cinnamon between layers. The taste is fantastic. I highly recommend this unusual combination of ingredients - it's great!
