Delicious and Nutritious!
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and stoned
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry
- 3 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 ice cubes
- Mix well all ingredients in blender.
Very good, different texture. I used sugar instead of splenda, maybe should have used less vanilla as it seems to be a bit overpowering. Thanks for the recipe!
Used vanilla yogurt then omitted the vanilla. I had to add more milk but that was probably due to my use of frozen fruit instead of fresh.
