- 1 (16 ounce) container fat-free cool whip
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
- 6 drops food coloring
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 cup fat free sour cream (optional)
- Gently fold together everything. Serve with lots of fresh fruit. If you choose to have a slightly less sweet dip, add the sour cream.
