Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

This recipe was found years ago on my first favorite recipe website "Steph's Country Kitchen Goodness". This is easy to prepare and bake in the oven while grilling meat outside. Using the new non-stick aluminum foil makes this recipe cleanup so much easier!

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat a baking sheet ( with sides ) covered with non-stick foil with cooking spray.
  3. Lay cut potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Combine the melated butter, honey, mustard, salt and pepper and drizzle over potatoes. Toss lightly to coat.
  5. Bake for 35 to 50 minutes until tender. Stir halfway through cooking time.
