Healthy Peanut Butter, Oatmeal Cookies

A healthier version of peanut butter cookies. These are my husband's favorite cookies...good thing they are healthy because he eats them all!!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and brown sugar. Beat in peanut butter, applesauce, honey and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and gradually beat into peanut butter mixture until combined.
  3. Drop by tablespoon, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets coated with non stick spray. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.


Most Helpful

These are much too dry. Less oatmeal of flour would likely fix it, the flavour was good otherwise.
