• 118.29 ml mayonnaise
• 9.85 ml sweet pickle relish
• 2.46 ml lemon pepper
• 14.79 ml lime juice
• 4.92 ml chili powder
• 2.46 ml pasilla chili powder
• 2.46 ml lemon pepper
• 1.23 ml cumin
• 14.79 ml chopped shallot
• 4.92 ml chopped jalapeno (optional)
• 4.92 ml chipotle chili sauce (optional)

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together -- best when chilled an hour before you need it.
