  • Place Spam in a glass baking dish.
  • Spread yellow mustard over top and down sides until mostly coated.
  • Pour brown sugar on top and spread to make a layer over mustard.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  3. I grew up hating Spam until I was 20. Now I love it. This sounded simple and easy and a way to cook it differently then the way I always do it. My picky little boy loved it; he ate 5 slices! Def a keeper!
     
  4. I love this. I mixed the brown sugar with the mustard and spread it over the spam. My family didn't care too much for it but I loved it. I've made it for breakfast the past couple of mornings! Total comfort food.
