Sweet & Sour Baked Spam

  • 12 ounces Spam
  • 13 cup apricot pineapple preserves
  • 8 whole cloves

  • Take spam out of the can and place it in a small baking dish.
  • Insert the cloves into the spam loaf.
  • Spread the top and sides of the spam loaf with the apricot pineapple preserves. You could also use orange marmalade or 1/2 cup brown sugar mixed with 1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple packed in pineapple juice and stud the spam loaf with whole cloves.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Slice and serve hot. Depending on your sides, you can get 4-6 servings from one can.
