- 12 ounces Spam
- 1⁄3 cup apricot pineapple preserves
- 8 whole cloves
directions
- Take spam out of the can and place it in a small baking dish.
- Insert the cloves into the spam loaf.
- Spread the top and sides of the spam loaf with the apricot pineapple preserves. You could also use orange marmalade or 1/2 cup brown sugar mixed with 1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple packed in pineapple juice and stud the spam loaf with whole cloves.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Slice and serve hot. Depending on your sides, you can get 4-6 servings from one can.
