- 12 graham cracker squares
- 1 lb fat-free cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons flour
directions
- Crush graham crackers well and press them into the bottom of a round pan.
- Blend the rest of the ingredients in a blender and pour over crust.
- Bake at 350 for one hour.
