I made my own creme de menthe using creme de menthe syrup and vodka. As first I thought the mint would be strong but it seems to mellow a bit with freezing. LOVELY elegant adult dessert. I garnished it with grated chocolate. Another great thing is it is a dessert where a small serving is satisfying Made for Beverage Tag 2009

Directions

  1. Melt marshmallows in creme de menthe in top of double boiler. Cool thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream.
  2. Pour into mold or freezing tray and freeze about 3 hours with temperature at lowest setting. When firm, return controls to normal temperature and let ripen until time to serve. Unmold and serve with fresh strawberries or chocolate shavings.
