This is great to toss your salad or as a dip for those vegetables. So good and so good for you.
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dijon roasted red pepper mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- fresh ground black pepper
- Combine together with a spoon.
- Toss with your favourite salad.
