Comfort side-dish that goes great with any main dish.
- 2 (8 1/4 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 (6 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- Combine and pour into 9x13-inch buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle with (sharp) grated cheese on top.
super yummy. super easy. went great with meatloaf and mashed potatos.
