Cool Whip Fruit Dip

"This is an easy two-ingredient dip which I love to enjoy on apples and strawberries especially, although I would imagine it would be delicious on any fruit. I use Cool Whip Free and Dannon Light n' Fit yogurt to keep calories low (which in this case does not require forfeiting any of the taste!)."

  1. easiest fruit dip EVER! I like to serve it with cucumbers at football parties and everyone loves it.

  2. Light, creamy tasting and easy on the palate. Accents the flavor of fruit the the way steak sauce does a nice T-bone. I use lite cool-whip and low-fat, no sugar added yogart, like Blue Bunny.
