  1. Flatten breasts to 1/4" thickness and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Spray a pan large enough to hold chicken with cooking spray.
  3. Heat pan over medium heat until hot.
  4. Add chicken; cook 3-4 minutes or until done.
  5. Add remaining ingredients; cook 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Serve sauce over chicken.
