I like having one with a banana after a good workout. Only 2 points plus on the WW program. FYI, this isn't a sweet shake. Add sugar or artificial sweetener to taste if needed. (90 calories, 3.5 g fat, 8.5g carbs, 7g protein, 5.5g fiber)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces silk purealmond unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop the biggest loser protein powder, Chocolate Deluxe flavor
  • 2 teaspoons Benefiber fiber supplement, clear powder
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee (for a mocha shake) (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix and enjoy!
