I had a lovely lunch today! I scaled this down to use a small single serving pizza crust for me and my mother. Since my mother is not a fan of peppers I used used more onions and let them carmelize in a bit of oil a bit before I added the beef. Over all a very simple but tasty pizza that is def. diffrent than what I normally have. I added a bit of provolone cheese as well to make it more "cheese steak" like. I plan on making this again! This is an excellent recipe. We all enjoyed it very much. I did decrease the ground beef a little and I used the Pillsbury Croissant Crust that another reviewer suggested. It really is a lovely pizza crust. I also used some pizza sauce as a different reviewer suggested and glad that I did. Instead of cooking the peppers and onions into the meat I put them on top which offered a nice crunch. Even though I made changes I am still awarding 5 stars it is just that good! Thanks for sharing.
