1. Fantastic recipe! Super fast & easy. The whole family loved it. Will definately make it again & again. I added a few extra seasonings of my liking: garlic, paprika, black pepper, grill seasoning & and a dash of red wine vinegar. I also only used 2 teaspoons of poultry seasoning. At the end I thickened the cooking broth with cornstarch & water to make a tasty gravy. We had it with rice and a veggie for a filling and yummy meal.

 2. Really liked the easy preperation and simple ingredients. The flavor was yummy. I served it over hot noodles and with steamed asparagas and it was a really good meal. The one downfall was it was really salty. I WILL make this again only I will cut the amount of soup mix in half and that should help. I also think this would be good with pork chops. It's in my permanate recipe collection!

I've collected recipes since I was a teen. After all these years I'm trying to get all my index cards and clippings, that still sound interesting to me, posted here so that I can find them and eventually make them!

I've posted some of my Mom's recipes. I regret not having paid more attention to my Grandmothers' cooking. They made some dishes that I miss and there were/are no recipes for them.

I have a wonderful DH and 2 wonderful sons. I've learned so much.

For fun, I also like to read fiction, travel, see movies and shows, shop (and I love to browse thrift shops and rummage/garage sales for cookbooks, etc.).

The discovery of a new dish does more for the happiness of mankind than the discovery of a new star Brillat-Savarin
