  1. I love this recipe. I hate buying Bisquick, because even stored in the fridge it eventually gets a bit rancid before I can use it. AND it is expensive!!! This way I can make it when I need it. I made this even easier by just throwing everything in the food processor and whirring it a few seconds. Made for Spring 2011 PAC game.

  2. I made this to use half of it in an 'impossible pie cheesecake' we like. Great idea, thank you!!! This recipe is such a good way for that lsmall amount of needed bisquick. I made it with unbleached flour, added 3 T. dry milk powder to the dry ingredients. Cold butter in place of the shortening.

  3. Bisquick isn't something that I ever buy but I wanted to try a recipe asking for 1 cup. This was perfect, exactly what I needed with no leftover. The recipe came out fine. :D

  4. Great recipe and I love how it is small portion. I don't make a lot of recipes that call for Bisquick, so it is nice to have something I can whip up quick and not have any go to waste. Thanks Half Hearted Chef for a great recipe.
