A great way to begin the day! This high protein shake will jump start you and keep you running all morning! Try blueberries or peaches in place of the strawberries as well.
- 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons stevia powder (I use Truvia)
- 1 tablespoon psyllium, powder (optional)
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on highest speed until thick and smooth.
