This is a diabetics dream dessert. Easy on the carbs and great on calories.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Drain all fruit, fresh or canned.
  2. Place all ingredients except for the lemon slices and mint.
  3. Gently stir the fruit to coat it with the Splenda.
  4. Ladle into chilled single serving dishes.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon onto the side of the dish and a sprig of mint.
  6. Chill.
  7. Sprinkle lightly with Splenda over the top just enough to enhance it.
