  • Steam or boil green beans until just crisp-tender.
  • Drain.
  • Melt butter in skillet or saucepot and add mustard.
  • Toss beans to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot.

  3. Simple and delicious. I served these with recipe #31303 and #3057. They were perfect. I had to use frozen green beans and can't imagine how good they would be if they were fresh.
