Soup Starter/All Season Blend (From the Uncheese Cookbook)

"An excellent all-purpose seasoning for sauces, gravies, and even instant soup broth. Nutritional yeast is high in B12, a nutrient often lacking in vegetarian and/or North American diets. (This soup mix is the nearest thing to chicken soup base I've ever tasted!)"

My cookbook collection is decent, although I do find myself reaching for my smartphone and the web when I am inspired to make something. I do tend to find cookbooks at thrift stores and garage sales. So I am hoping to develop some method of using all these sources in an organized way. Thus far, Evernote has been most efficient, since I don't have to rely on a fussy printer, altho I do prefer to print off and clip to the fridge what I'm currently making.
