Coca Cola Chicken

"Thanks Roxanne for your delicious Coca Cola Chicken! She serves this with mashed potatoes. The sauce makes a nice gravy for the potatoes. This is a nice way to use up your leftover mashed potatoes or serve over rice. Yummy!"

Serves:: 6-8

ingredients

1 chicken, cut up into 6 to 8 pieces
12 ounces Coca-Cola (1 can)
1 ¹⁄₂ cups ketchup
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 dash oregano
1 dash cumin
1 dash thyme
1 dash dried onion flakes

directions

Combine all ingredients (except chicken).
Saute chicken and cover with sauce.
Simmer for 1 to 2 hours (or you may cook in the crock pot).
