Very good! I made this for some friends (took to their home) and doubled the recipe so we could have it also. They loved it and we thought it was good also. I used tater tots instead of fries. I think it needed more kick so next time I will add a bit more seasoning. I also might try your suggestion of eating it with ketchup. :o) Thanks for the good ole comfort food recipe!

A good solid kid-pleaser. I had to make a few changes, but nothing that changed the integrity of the recipe. I had no cajun seasoning (was sure I had some in the pantry), so used a few more drops of hot sauce. Also added some catsup on the fries, before I put on the cheese. All-in-all, a very decent comfort food. Thnx for sharing your recipe, Dissie. Made for PAC Fall 2009.

What a super casserole! The ingredients are ones I always have on hand, so that helps make this a nice go-to recipe. I used crinkle cut french fries, and didn't actually use the whole bag...there was a little left over, I just put a layer on that was pretty solid, but not completely. I used 2 lbs of ground beef. Thanks so much for posting! This goes in the keeper file. Made for Theirs, Yours, & Mine Tag Game!
