This was super good, and it's really easy to prepare, too. I made it for lunch today, and I served it with some chilled Margaritas. The lime zest really came through after broiling and gave it that zesty touch (as the title indicates). Thanks, Chef Potpie.

We loved these tasty shrimp...I cut the recipe in half and it made plenty to enjoy during one of our appy nights...not sure if it needs to marinade for 8 hours...next time I think I'll cut the time in half...made for Seaside Brasserie...Summer Fun at FFF...

I left mine marinating overnight due to a lack of planning. I thought the marinade was very good. We actually put them on skewers and grilled the shrimp. It had a lot of flavor. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT4 - Chic Chefs.
