  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
  • Add cubed turnips and toss to coat.
  • Transfer to an ungreased 2 qt baking dish.
  • Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover, bake 20 minutes longer or til the turnips are tender.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.
