- 12 ounces mung beans
- 1⁄4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 egg white
- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
directions
- preheat over to 350.
- grease an 8x8 baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- puree beans. cottage cheese, egg white and yogurt.
- in a separate bowl combine all the dry ingrediants.
- add wet to dry , stir in chocolate chips and spread in baking pan.
- bake and enjoy.
