We haven't been to Casa Ole but we can certainly enjoy amazing food when we taste it! DH declared this to be "off the charts good" and I agree. We enjoyed it on tostadas made with Recipe#199148 and also as a dip for veggies and tortilla chips. We'll certainly keep this recipe handy for famiy dinners and parties. Thanks Chief Teer!

Sooo good! The cilantro is refreshing, the avocado is buttery, and the serrano added a kick! Used as a topper for enchiladas. I used low-fat sour cream and it was great... might use another serrano next time for more spice. Thanks!

OMG!! This is fabulous. I was born and raised in Houston and I love this sauce. My husband is military so we have lived all around the US and Casa Ole is still my Fav. mexican food restaurant. Thank you for posting this recipe.
