  • prepare simple syrup by heating sugar and water to brisk boil then simmer until a clear syrup is formed.
  • remove from heat add tangerine juice.
  • blend well with mixer.
  • place in ice tray and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • serve very cold.
