ingredients
- 5 cups water
- 4 cups unbleached cane sugar
- 4 cups tangerine juice
directions
- prepare simple syrup by heating sugar and water to brisk boil then simmer until a clear syrup is formed.
- remove from heat add tangerine juice.
- blend well with mixer.
- place in ice tray and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- serve very cold.
