ingredients

• 5 cups water
• 4 cups unbleached cane sugar
• 4 cups tangerine juice

directions

1. prepare simple syrup by heating sugar and water to brisk boil then simmer until a clear syrup is formed.
2. remove from heat add tangerine juice.
3. blend well with mixer.
4. place in ice tray and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
5. serve very cold.
