ingredients

• 1 lb hamburger meat
• 1⁄2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 ounce taco seasoning mix
• 8 ounces Jiffy cornbread mix

directions

1. Cook cornbread to directions on package.
2. Brown hamburger meat.
3. Add taco seasoning mix to meat.
4. Pour meat over cornbread.
5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
6. Melt in oven.
7. Add ingredients to top: sour cream, taco sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.

It would be a better mix if it was made without sugar. Sugar detracts from the taste of the taco cornbread.
